Nina's dress in Pleasantview 3.10 came from the Booty (it originally came from the now defunct 'Sims Chic'). Click here to go to the relevant page and scroll down until you find this file -- britney_spears_black_classic_dress.zip (it's perfectly safe).

Cassandra's Apartment

There's been many requests for this gorgeous apartment created in a New Orleans style by MsSpookyness at Garden of Shadows. New file links have been uploaded at the end of the thread. Cassandra's apartment is the first one (I think!).

As for the furniture and furnishings used in the apartment, Cassandra bought quite a number of pieces in Adele's Victorian-Gothic set at Mod The Sims.
